Never before in the history of this country has high-quality security protection of our schools’ be the number one priority for the continuation of our generations. We feel this need every day, as we see headline after headline of active shooters successfully and tragically entering schools and committing the most atrocious acts against innocent children. Many of these incidents happen despite having armed security on school grounds, and they happen because these guards are simply unfit and pathetically unprepared. We as a society simply cannot afford to make the critical mistake of hiring incompetent, unprepared guards who create an illusion of security when, in actuality, are severely under qualified to react and handle an active shooter on school grounds.
